Most housing options are located near Nashville’s primary creative districts, including:

This helps artists stay close to studios, venues, and writing sessions.
We try to keep artists close to where they’re working so they don’t spend their time in traffic.
What types of properties are available?
They’re fully furnished apartments, condos, homes and multi-bedroom homes for bands or crews— professionally managed through Bedmore. Artists can stay a few nights or a few months depending on their project.
How long can I stay?
Guests may stay for:

• A week or two
• Several weeks
• Multi-month projects
We accommodate both short and extended creative stays depending on availability.
How do I book a stay?
Guests can browse available properties and book directly through our partner booking platform managed by Bedmore.
If you were referred by a studio, venue, or industry partner, simply use their Partner Code when booking.

Industry Partners are studios, venues, production companies, management teams, labels, and other music industry organizations that refer artists or crews needing housing while working in Nashville.
Is there a cost to become an Industry Partner?
No. Industry partnerships are complimentary and designed simply to make it easier for your artists and teams to find reliable housing while working in Nashville.
What benefits do Industry Partners receive?
Industry Partners receive:

• A unique Partner Booking Code
• Wall plaque recognizing your partnership
How do we refer artists or crews?
Partners may simply:
• Share their Partner Code, or
