At Little Hometown Jam, we understand that plans sometimes change. Because many of our programs and services require advance scheduling and coordination with our team and industry partners, cancellations and refunds may vary depending on the service purchased and how close the cancellation is to the scheduled date.
Deposits identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase are used to reserve dates, space, personnel, and other resources and are therefore non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, including rescheduling or applying eligible payments toward a future date.
Once services have begun or third-party expenses have been committed on your behalf, those amounts may not be refundable.
Specific programs or services may have additional cancellation and refund terms provided at the time of booking or in your service agreement. Those specific terms will apply to that purchase.
